65 Fourth Street The Peerless Restaurant is one of Southern Oregon's best fine dining experiences. A talented chef dedicated to obtaining peerless products from local farms and ranches has developed an exciting menu of creative Northwestern cuisine. Creations like Manila clam and asparagus salad, or roast leg of lamb with fiddlehead ferns and a rosemary reduction, and housemade chocolate peanut butter truffle tart are served in a cosmopolitan, simply elegant dining room, and weather permitting, in a garden court. The adjoining small hotel, built in 1900, has been lovingly restored and is now on the National Historic Register. Full breakfast in the dining room and evening sherry are complimentary.
