Mountain Air Cafe. Careful attention to fresh ingredients assures fine
quality for all sorts of omelets, plate-filling pancakes and other
tasty breakfast selections. Big housemade raisin-filled cinnamon rolls
are another treat, as are seasonal and cream pies, fresh baked bread
and fudge served in the warm comfortable coffee shop. Gallery art is
displayed for sale on one wall and a picture-window view of the
mountains on the other. Don't miss the Natural Wildlife Museum accessed
through the cafe, a remarkable 100-foot-long showcase of every kind of
major animal living in the region. Each is doing what comes
naturally—some spectacularly like a mountain lion attacking a buck
deer. Well-done murals enhance the dramatic impact of the panoramic
exhibit.
